How to gain self discipline πŸ‘©πŸ»‍πŸŽ“ and self control πŸ‘¨πŸ»‍πŸ’» 2023

Image
The difference between having self-discipline and self-control is that the first is constant self-control and must be maintained even though this is not easy. We can see examples of self-discipline in athletes, who have to comply with their daily routines and diets to achieve success in their disciplines. On the other hand, self-control refers to being able to stop ourselves when our impulses lead us to commit something that we know is wrong and can harm us. The two points may seem too similar but it is also easy to recognize the differences. Gaining discipline and self-control can be a challenging but rewarding process. Here are some tips that may help: Set clear goals: Identify what you want to achieve and why it is important to you. Having clear goals can help you stay motivated and focused. Make a plan: Bre

Motivational letter from WithNoExcuses 🚴🏻‍♀️ read it if you feel sad at this end of year 2022πŸ’ͺ.

I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to talk to you about motivation and the importance of finding it within ourselves. At the end of the year, it can be easy to lose motivation as we approach the holiday season and the year comes to a close. However, it's important to remember that motivation is a choice, and we can choose to stay motivated and focused on our goals even as the year comes to an end. One thing that has helped me s

Reprogramming your mind

Many times we have heard that people are subconsciously programmed according to our social class, this has some truth, but it does not mean that it is definitive. As part of a society, our status is normally defined by the return we give to the community, that is, the more our skills help solve bigger problems and the less people can do it, the greater the possibility that our income will be greater. How much would our quality of life improve if we dedicated a few hours a day to learning about other areas that are not familiar to us? Some time ago I noticed that in my work as a programmer, after several years of experience, my way of thinking was totally related to the methodologies used in computing and that I had extensive knowledge in this field,
